I think I might need to look into options to help support my body, I've come to vividly realize.

Oh no, I did it again.
I lost track of what day it was and now it's three months later.
The good(?) news however is that the hospital has officially declared that there's nothing more they can do for me except to "hope and pray" when it comes to the continued stability of my spine, so I guess no more of that unless I fall down a particularly tricky set of stairs!
By the way, since my individual search has come up empty: has anyone seen a cat with a mechanical leg around? It talks, and I'd very much like to get around having a friendly chat with them, sometime.

Hnmmm, so, my physical therapy is down to once-a-month now. Thankfully I seem to be perfectly mobile, but the doctors are still concerned about the fact that I seem to be animated by the hopes and dreams of the universe, with how many cracks there are. But, well, what moves, moves, right?
So I wanted to ask: What do any of you think about when it comes to dreams? Have you ever had recurring dreams?

Mar. 3rd, 2022 12:21 pm*So! Tarou's finally been freed from the confines of the hospital.
Of course, being really free to do what he wants is a bit of a ways off, as he was immediately shepherded off to SAI to make sure his "rehabilitation" goes off smoothly.
Cooperative as ever, he's kept on a good attitude the whole time, though once he's out of the car, he takes a moment to let out a heavy sigh, mostly with the thought of other things needing to be done hanging on his mind.
But, well, those will be handled in due time. He has to remember that.
He straightens himself up before approaching the building's doorway itself. He's likely expected.*
Of course, being really free to do what he wants is a bit of a ways off, as he was immediately shepherded off to SAI to make sure his "rehabilitation" goes off smoothly.

Okay, so!
Good news is, my daily physical therapy will be done starting Monday.
The bad news is, I'll be needing to come back to the hospital every week for it for the next few months to make sure my spine isn't going to collapse. Normal things.
The good news though is that I'll be released from the hospital on Monday as well! Since it was decided it's easier to just handle the physical therapy if I stick around.
The bad news, technically, is that I'll be under SAI's supervision henceforth, which is sorta fine since I wanted to work with them anyway, but, you know, restrictions.
The good news however! Is that in the meantime, I've found a means of keeping my existence stable thanks to a very lovely young lady.
The bad news though is that it's a temporary measure ultimately. I'll still need to find a permanent means of asserting myself, and I'd personally like to get to a point where I'm not having to use any outside power sources as a means of making sure I don't collapse into a black hole.
... Oh, god, I need to figure out if Duel Academy's still going to want to work with me.
Good news is, my daily physical therapy will be done starting Monday.

Soooo, good news is, I'm cleared for release-- with supervision, of course, considering the ongoing situation of ensuring that I no longer have any presence of a god inside of me, and all that.
Bad news is, as far as the doctors are concerned, I should've been, at minimum, full-body paralyzed, not to mention the atrophy from the three weeks I was dead to the world anyway, so I'm going to need to go to physical therapy until further notice.
I've also been recommended to a specialist who handles more "unusual" cases-- has anyone ever heard of "Samasu, Souha"? Funny that they share Professor Samasus' name.

And he's probably gonna be questioned a lot.
But at the least, you can probably convince the guard to let a visitor or two in.*

As part of my ongoing research, I've been wondering what people intend upon doing when it comes to it. It's part of cultural research, and since I know that non-human individuals do sometimes come across posts like this, but also those of other faiths, I'm curious to see how holiday times such as this have integrated into their lives, especially since Japan has been mostly keeping celebrations like Christmas to dating. Though I'm sure we've been seeing shifts in more generalized directions, too.
Unrelatedly, I'll be busy starting Monday, so if anyone needed any historical consultations, I'll be very much unavailable.

Does anyone know anything about catalysts? Say you want to do something but it requires a power source, would anyone know anything about those?

At the obviously very generous suggestion by Shian, Tarou decided that yes, SAI might be a good place to learn more about spirits and their influences-- or at the least, he could compare his own information to whatever SAI had to offer.
The place researching psychic duelists and how to help them was also a personal bonus.
But still, he's outside of the building, checking his bag to make sure all of his notes are in order. It's a good time to approach him casually.*
